Service Charter

GCC Company (hereinafter called the Company) sells a Sim card called “GCCSIM”, to provide mobile electronic communications services (only data), in international roaming.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of “GCCSIM” that you receive from or through GCC ("GCCSIM");

The Equipment may be covered by a manufacturer's or other warranty. Please see the materials accompanying your Equipment for warranty information and details, including coverage, duration and how you may make a claim under the warranty. There may also be optional Equipment protection programs made available to you from time to time.

Efficiency and Performance

The Company intends to offer an immediate, expert and competent response to the customer needs, including through the adoption of most appropriate technological and organizational solutions.

The Company provides the following support:

  • Checking the use of the card,
  • Checking the use of top-up,
  • Customer support in using the card,
  • Accepting a complaint in case of damage to the card.

In the absence of technical or organizational capabilities to complete the task, the Company contacts [email protected] to solve the problem and after explaining it presents solutions to the client.

Rules of conduct

In the event of a defect of the SIM card, the buyer may within 14 days of its receipt send back the SIM card together with a written complaint.

The Company undertakes to treat customers data and information as strictly confidential. Customers have the right to be informed about the methods of processing personal data priorly to the processing and to give their free, separate and revocable consent to the various possible uses of their data, also by other authorized third parties. Customers are free to enter, modify or delete their personal data in line with the Privacy Policy published on

In order to ensure consistent information on corporate procedures and initiatives of interest to Customers, including new rules and regulations, contracts and rates, the Company shall avail itself of all of the following tools, either jointly or severally, on a case-by-case basis:

  1. Information services on the website
  2. Customer Service number
  3. Messages on “GCCSIM” packages
